We take pride in every single job we carry out at Pearts Arenas - and it shows.

Over the years, many customers have become friends who then recommend us to others. We see this, "Word-of-Mouth" advertising as a key component to the ongoing success of our business.

Of course, a reliance on customer testimonials requires a very high level of customer service and satisfaction - Which is why our motto of, "Outstanding products backed by outstanding customer service" is key to the way we do business.

But don't just take our word for it - read what others have been kind enough to say about us:

Adam,

I wanted to take this opportunity to formally thank you and your team for the excellent installation of our riding arena.

We started using the arena last week and the equestrian sand, fibre and rubber surface is absolutely amazing to work on. I have worked by big horse in dressage and jumping on it and my wife has driven her pony on it with complete satisfaction. The upper surface provides a nice cushion for a horse to work on while the sand underneath provides the required firmness. I am sure that this will minimise the wear and tear on our horses’ joints in the long term.

As I mentioned to you, we previously had a sand arena when we lived in Kent ; but, it was the wrong kind of sand and rode too deep unless it was extremely wet. You have obviously got the “formula” for the right sand with the right amount of silt “spot on”!

As my wife and I both have years of experience competing in dressage, show jumping, eventing and driving, we are very particular in our requirements for a good training surface and thanks to your professionalism, dedication and knowledge the new arena certainly meets or exceeds our expectations.

Clearly, the fact that we had to wait until the bad weather before planning permission was received for the arena and the poor “peaty” soil conditions you had to work with made your job that much more difficult. Nevertheless, the final result for the arena and all the disposal of soil and tiding of the site was excellent.

We would be happy for you to use this letter as an unsolicited testimonial from truly satisfied customers and I have also enclosed a CD with the digital photos I took as the work on the arena progressed that you may also wish to use for the marketing of your services.

Yours sincerely,

Professor Stephen J Foti

Dear Mr Peart,

I write this to say how thrilled and delighted with the work that has been carried out I am. It rides very well. Never did I think I would have the pleasure of having such an arena, of such a high standard. Please extend our thanks to Alistair, who worked so hard and must have been sick of Gavin and I sitting watching him work and asking questions!

Should any of your prospective customers wish to see one of your arenas, we would be proud to show it off! Just give us a ring!

Thanks you again!

"In 2002 my husband and I decided to add a new outdoor arena to our property; this was to be an added facility to be used by our liveries and a training area for my own horses.

As with any investment we shopped around, compared prices, surfaces and visited arenas that had been built in and around our area. Eventually we decided to have a sand and rubber fibre surface from “Pearts”. I can honestly say that it has been truly money well spent and I would recommend Adam, Chris and the team to anyone. The surface is used on a daily basis and has been since the day it was completed. It is so popular with our clients that a booking system has had to be introduced! The arena is used for jumping, flat work, lunging, loose work etc.

My own horse is used for affiliated dressage and his way of going has improved since we started to use the arena, though I admit this may be because I put more work into him as I enjoy riding on the surface so much!

We are now allowing our riding club to use the arena for schooling sessions and for examinations and all who use it speak very highly.

During the awful wet winter we had absolutely no flooding and despite looking frozen it was always in a condition fit to ride on, indeed we were jumping when the fields were too frozen to turn the horses out.

Up keep is simple we use the ride on mower once every couple of weeks to drag the leveller around and make sure we pick up any muck.

The team from Pearts were friendly, helpful and very professional. They were very unobtrusive and disruption on the yard was minimal. I would recommend Pearts to anyone considering having an arena and would welcome any prospective clients to my yard where they could see our arena in use."

"Northumberland College were delighted with the project.

Your quotation was easily the most detailed and helpful.

The installation was undertaken on time, workmanship was first rate and the finished arena is impressive.

We were particularly impressed with the 'V' trenched drainage system which has proved itself to be excellent. Even the wettest of weather periods we can use the arena at any time, it never gets waterlogged.

We would not hesitate to recommend Peart Arenas to any parties looking to install an arena."

"Thanks very much for a professional job. We're very pleased with the results and will have no hesitation in recommending you in the future."
